Top IT giant company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has said last month that it is not correct. We never cut the salary increment of our old employees. All experienced employees will get salary increment in their annual appraisal, but TCS agreed on some changes in new salary increment policy.

TCS always keep balance between the business growth and employees growth, but there are many news coming out currently that TCS not approving any increment in next annual appraisal for employees. Let's check out the real updates.
As per several media reports the bug news is coming out that TCS will not give any hikes to their active employees. TCS denied on this statement, said all employees will get salary increment.
TCS said, we never let any impact on salary increment, even during COVID-19 epidemic period, annual salary appraisal not affected for any of the TCS employees and still that continues with work from home model.
TCS said: No increment policy for one year tenured employees only.
As per several media reports, TCS sent an email to all those employees, who have completed one year on or after 1st April 2022. TCS has no plan to stop the salary increment for all old employees, who associated with TCS and completed a year before 1st April this year.
This new increment policy was declared when the tech recession was going high in the US due to budget constraints. TCS rest ensuring that all bonuses and hikes will be process normally as per it's policy.
There are other top two IT services companies are also cutting down the variables pay to its employees. These two companies are Infosys and Wipro, media said they have holded back the bonuses and variable pays for their employees due to low margin and inefficiency in tech talent headcount.
