Tata Consultancy Services was in the news last week that there is no appraisal for TCS employees in the next cycle, but TCS has denied this and said, All employees will get salary increments based on performance. Now TCS has given double benefits to its employees with 100 percent variable payment.
TCS Tata Consultancy Services is in 8 percent of net profit jumped in last quarter, now TCS net profit increased to 10,000 + crores as per last quarter results. Said several media. TCS is planning now to pay 100 percent variable to 70% of employees, rest 30% of employees will get variable as per their performance.

TCS is planning of more freshers hiring this year
Tata Consultancy Services, TCS has done huge hiring as per organization planning. Last August and September month, TCS hired 20K freshers, but it was 35K fresher hiring in the 1st quarter this year. Earlier it was 40K fresher hiring. TCS planned to hire 10K to 15K more freshers, but it will be finalized post-3rd quarter.
High attrition was at the pick in the last quarter but now it is as normal. Last quarter attrition reached 21.1 percent which normally stays around 19 percent. Last quarter's attrition has impacted the hiring process in TCS, but now the HR chief said the company will set a new target to hire more candidates.
Till a few months ago TCS was facing badly increased attrition suddenly due to many factors but now the company has taken many good decisions to retain employees. TCS will continue to add more benefits for its employees if everything goes as per plan.

Other IT companies cut the variable:
Wipro and Infosys have cut down the variable for their employees. As per media reports on the internet TCS's opposite, Wipro and Infosys has given only 70% of the variable amounts to their employees. Only a few senior employees got the full variable and the rest of the employees got only 70 percent of the variable amount by Wipro and Infosys IT giant companies.
